Warranty Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold with a one year parts & labor warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or any physical damages caused by the customer. We will not, whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. All warranty returns are subject to the RMA return policy .Used products have 7 to 30 days warranty depending on the specific product. We do not provide any software or support for used products .For printer’s warranty, all customer will have to contact printer manufactures directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Return Poilcy
RMA Return Policy In order to process your RMA return promptly, all products must be returned to our warehouse with the following: 1. A copy of original invoice showing serial number, 2. A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms, 3. All manuals, accessories and original packaging (NOT OPENED). Product can not be returned (IF OPEN) or if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by customer and all warranties will be voided. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $20.00 per item may be applied.
Returns for Credit Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packaging and all manuals and accessories. All unsealed, used and special-ordered products are not returnable. A 20% restocking charge will be applied for returned products. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above. FONA DISH & Security Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued. All credit will be issued at current prices.
